Bagya Lakshmy is a Malayalam suspense crime thriller movie directed by Sajin Lal. Features Tamil actor Sampath Ram after Malikappuram and Sethu Lakshmi, along with leading names and new faces in Malayalam cinema. The casting of the film is in progress. Leading actors from South India are expected to be a part of the movie. The movie Bagya Lakshmy is produced by Surendran Valiyaparambil and Sajin Lal under the banners Apple Tree Cinemas and K Studios. The story, screenplay, and dialogues for the movie Bagya Lakshmy which tells the story of the intense bond between a mother and her daughter are written by the Chief News Editor of Jeevan TV News, Babu Velappaya.

The movie Bagya Lakshmi's director of photography is Joshua Ronald and Renjith R does the editing. Adv. Bindu is the co-producer, Saju Vinayakan and Manoj Radhakrishnan are the line producers and P Sivaprasad is the project designer.

The movie's naming was done by renowned music composer Padma Shri Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri wrote the title of the film and singer G Venugopal released the title on 9^th April 2023. Bagya Lakshmy is the title of the movie. G Venugopal, in addition to the director Sajin Lal, was present for the innovative designation.

The film Bagya Lakshmy, which is based on a novel by a well-known author and depicts the tale of a mother and daughter who have a very close relationship, introduces the audience to the mystical qualities of writing and living.

Sampath Ram has also played the lead role in Kamal Haasan's Vikram. Sampath is currently starring in Jayam Ravi's Akilan, Soorpanagai, and Telugu film Naina. Director Sajin Lal's new projects are Gangster of Phoolan and the big-budget movie Thunchath Ramanujan Ezhuthachan: Legend of the Father of Malayalam. The films directed by Sajin Lal include considered for National Award Crayons, Thank You Very Much, and Hannah.

The movie Bagya Lakshmy's pooja ceremony will take place in Thiruvananthapuram on 16^th April 2023. The Sajin Lal-directed film "Bagyalakshmy" will start filming on Chingam 1^st, 17^th August 2023. The main locations of the film are Kollam Mundrothuruthu, Vagamon, and Payyanur.

Manakala Gopalakrishnan composed the soundtrack where music is important with the lyrics written by Kaitapram Damodaran Namboothiri. KS Chitra, Madhu Balakrishnan, and Shweta Mohan are the singers. Along with the director, a number of newbies are making their musical debuts, including Ahalya Haridas, Ajith Punalur, Rahul B Ashok, Praveen Ravindran, Dr. Bindu Venugopal, Sukhdev, Salil Jose, Arundhati, and others. The lyrics were written by Prabha Varma, Balu Kiriyath, and Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri, with music by Rajesh Babu K Sooranad.

Bagya Lakshmy movie will be shown in theatres by Apple Tree Cinemas.
