DQF will now go to colleges to mold talents
Inaugurated by Minister Shri Adv. K Rajan
Renowned director and actor Tom Emmatty inaugurated the Arts Club. Bigg Boss star and singer Muhammad Diligent Blesslee and film star and painter Sharanya Prasad conducted the membership distribution. Chinchu Jayakumar, Chairperson of Awaz College Union of Agriculture University, presided over the function. Dr. PO Nameer, Dean College of Climate Change and Environmental Science, University Registrar A Zakir Hussain, and others spoke on the occasion.
The aim of the DQF community is to provide an opportunity to artists who have talent but do not get a platform to showcase their talent and provide the necessary support to nurture their talent.
Membership in this community is limited to 10,000 artists. Out of this, five thousand people will be inducted from colleges.
Already, under the leadership of DQF, a project has been started to train special school teachers in Kerala on an exercise called finger dance developed by Imtiaz Abubakar for differently-abled children across Kerala. This exercise makes a big difference in the intellectual development of differently-abled children.
