Dvija Malayalam movie is directed by Aijaz Khan. Features Amala Paul in Dvija as the lead character with Neeraj Madhav and Sruthy Jayan. The movie Dvija is jointly produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Ellanar Films' production of Radhika Lavu and VRCC films of Vivek Rangachari. The screenplay of the film Dvija is written by famous writer Meena R Menon. Jayashree Lakshminarayan and Sethumadhavan Napan are the associate producers of Dvija. John Wilmer handles the camera, with National Award-winning editor Bina Paul as the editor.

Based on true events, the film ‘Dvija’ is a compelling, poignant, and powerful story of one woman's fight against all odds and her remarkable redemption. Amala Paul will play the female role of Namboothiri lady. The movie tells the story of women's survival and their one-man struggle against male supremacy.

Director Aijaz Khan has directed The White Elephant, Baankey Ki Crazy Baraat, and the National Award-winning Hamid.
