Shaju Navodaya, Shinoj Varghese, Nirmal Palazhi, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Ranji Kankol, Resmi Boban, Aishwarya Amy, Arya, and Nandana are playing the other characters. The music for the film Paathirakkattu is composed by Rejimon with the lyrics by KC Abhilash and Praveen. The songs are sung by Jassie Gift and Ranjith Jayaram. The dance in the film Pathirakattu is choreographed by Kiran and Mansoor.

Pathirakattu movie was released in theaters in February 2023 by Moviemark through Tantra Media.
