Ithuvare is a Malayalam movie based on a true incident directed by Anil Thomas. The film features Kalabhavan Shajohn as the lead and Latha Das as the heroine with Prem Prakash, Vijayakumar, Rajesh Sharma, Peter Titus, Rajkumar, Roshith Lal, Dr. Amar Ramachandran, Swathi, Nehala Fatima and others in important roles. The story, screenplay, and dialogues of the film Ithuvare are written by Anil Thomas. The movie Ithuvare is produced by Dr. Titus Peter under the banner o All Smiles Dream Movies - ASDM in association with Movie Magic.

The co-producer is Dr. Smily Titus and the executive producer is Arun Natarajan S. The cinematography is done by Sunil Prem LS and K Sreenivas handles the editing. The chief associate directors are Jini Sudhakaran, Bobby Sathyaseelan, and Arun Udumbumchola is the associate director.

Based on a true incident, the film 'Ithuvare' by Anil Thomas, was adjudged the best environmental film at the 3^rd Karnataka International Film Festival (KIFF). The film had already won a place at the FIAPF-recognized Kolkata International Film Festival.

Indian composer Ouseppachan is composing music for the film "Ithuvare" from the lyrics of K Jayakumar.
