Kochi: Veteran writer MT Appan, who wrote the story, screenplay, and dialogues for the film 'Njaan Karnan', received the award for best playwriting at the 24 Frame Kozhikode Sharada Film Awards and Short Film Fest. The award will be presented at the award night in Kozhikode.
