Golam is a Malayalam suspense mystery thriller movie directed by the debutant Samjad. Features Ranjith Sajeev after the films Mike and Qalb play the lead role and Dileesh Pothan also plays another lead role. Along with leading actors like Siddique, Alencier Ley Lopez, Chinnu Chandini, Ansal Palluruthy, Kaarthik Shankar, and Harris, the film also features 17 newcomers. The movie Golam is produced by Anne and Sajeev under the banner of Fragrant Nature Film Creations. The screenplay of Golam is written by Praveen Vishwanath and the director.

Manjusha Radhakrishnan, winner of the State Film Award for 2023 Best Costume Designer is the costume designer for Golam. Vijay Krishnan, who handled the camera of the suspense thriller Iratta, is the cinematographer of Golam, and Nimesh Thanur, who has done the art direction of films like Neymar and King of Kotha, is preparing the art direction. The film Golam's executive produced by Uday Ramachandran and the casting director of the film is actor Binoy Nambala and Pratheesh Krishna is the chief associate director.

The new film Golam's Pooja was held at Vaikam on 20 September 2023. Actors Ranjith Sajeev, Dileesh Pothan, Alencier, Director Blessy, Vijay Babu, and others participated in the ceremony. Golam will complete its shooting in Vaikom Ernakulam locations.

The music and background score for the film 'Golam' is composed by Aby Salvin Thomas.

Golam movie will hit the theaters on January 26, 2024.
