Kadakam, a Malayalam movie based on a true story, is cinematographed and directed by Jain Christopher. The film Kadakam recounts the tale of an eventful survival that features prominent theater artists of the country, Dr. Ratheesh Krishna, Dr. Aromal, T Jose Chacko, Govindan Namboothiri, Manu Thekkedath, Ajeesh Changanacherry, Shibu, Sriraj, Jose Pala, Nandana, and Tiji Changanacherry are the central characters. The movie Kadakam was produced by Manoj Cherukara under the banner of Cherukara Films. The movie's narrative is based on an actual event that happened in Idukki Muniyara in 2002, written by Sudheesh Koshy.

The music for the film 'Kaadakam' is composed by Madhulal Shankar, with the lyrics by Sebastian Ottamassery, and Suresh Karinthalakoottam is the singer.

Kaadakam movie was released in theaters on March 14, 2025. The movie Kadakam was screened at international film festivals.
