Anushka Shetty - Krish Jagarlamudi 'Ghaati' will be released on April 18, 2025
Ghaati is Anushka's second eagerly awaited pan-Indian film, following the success of Baahubali. A humorous video featuring Krish, Anushka, and the film's producers was released to reveal the movie's release date. Anushka Shetty seems furious in a saree on the movie's release date poster. This character is shown holding a gun while standing atop a hill. She has blood all over her body and fierce eyes. This poster's tagline is 'Victim, Criminal, Legend'. The film is being produced as a large-scale action thriller with themes of humanity, survival, and redemption.
According to a sneak peek video, Anushka Shetty will portray a vicious character in the movie. Prior to this, the first-look poster that was made public on Anushka Shetty's birthday, 7 November 2024 also garnered interest. This film is the fourth one in which Anushka will appear under the UV Creations brand and following the huge hit of 2010 Vedam which paies Anushka and Krish together.
The actress is shown on the first look poster as a beautiful and vicious avatar, with blood streaming from her hands and head. Anushka's character is simultaneously brave and serious. The poster features Anushka's character smoking a cigarette, with a bindi on her forehead, teary eyes, and two nose piercings. According to the first look, Ghatti is a movie that doesn't sugarcoat the harsh facts of life. This first impression also suggests that the movie will explore the dark and perilous environment she lives in in great detail.
The audience is also given a sense that she is getting ready for an emotional, difficult, and maybe disastrous journey by the poster, which is placed in the tone that survival calls for not just resilience but also a certain type of brutality.
