"Is Kattalan going to be violent?"
Director responds
According to what Paul George said...
Of course. I spoke with the producer. He has provided us with the required guidelines. It does not imply that Kattalan's brutality should be entirely disregarded. Since the characters in that movie have a violent bent and the background is connected to the forest, we are unable to proceed with it by totally removing the violence. However, we will undoubtedly refrain from undue violence. There won't be excessive violence in our movie, but there will undoubtedly be violence within the parameters established by the censor board for Kattalan.
No. It was never, in my opinion, an admission of guilt. Because they didn't observe anything that might incite someone to commit a crime when they were making the movie Marco. These days, Korean and Hollywood movies have comparable action. Thus, a film akin to this was produced in India. However, he behaved appropriately as a socially conscious individual, appreciating it when it was later discussed in our society and there was a public response. At that point, he declared that his second movie would not feature the same heinous violence as Marco. It seemed to me like a dedication to society. It never seemed like a guilty admission.
Whether it influences or not, a film will have both positive and negative aspects. Positive things can have an impact on us. However, we provide each film to them with the conviction that the viewers are intelligent enough to discern between a film's positive and negative aspects. Then, if you question whether a movie drives you to commit a crime, I think that only a very small fraction will do so. A person's life circumstances and present situation are what drive them to commit a crime. Furthermore, I don't think that seeing a movie alone will lead someone to commit a crime.
In the upcoming days, additional casting information and the names of the actors will be made public. The movie is being produced by Cubes Entertainments, a production company that has gained a lot of recognition for its debut picture.
