KSUM and Super Brain AI work with Nivin Pauly's Pauly Jr Pictures

The biggest generative AI hackathon in India's media and entertainment industry begins

In order to investigate the creative potential of generative AI, actor and producer Nivin Pauly's production company, Pauly Jr Pictures, has announced 'HackGen AI 2025,' a national hackathon. The program, which was planned in association with Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) and AI specialists Super Brain AI, opens the door to an incredible synergy between the tech and entertainment industries.

Nivin Pauly presented the official logo and website for the event during a gathering held at the Kerala Startup Mission headquarters in Kochi. The 24-hour AI-powered project competition will be held on July 19 and 20, 2025, and is open to developers, students, content creators, and startups from across the country.

HackGen AI 2025 pushes rivals to develop in four main areas: media, entertainment, music, and social & digital media. Beyond theory, prototypes such as AI-powered scriptwriting tools, animation generators, music-organizing apps, and social media post-creation platforms are to be built.

Attractive rewards, such as MacBooks, iPhones, and cloud credits, will be awarded to the winners. The top student team and the female-led team will receive special recognition. This demonstrates the initiative's dedication to inclusivity.
