A stranger, a foreigner whose life was saved by fishermen in a boat accident in the big lake on the day of the Eid celebration at the Malerikka Church, loses all of his memories of that moment in the lake's depths.

Time transforms him into a gravedigger in the church cemetery while he lives on in the graveyard under the shadow of the building. After the church is robbed, he locates a spot in a cemetery corner where he may sleep soundly without worrying about people or the police. The upcoming movie Kallara Likhithangal will tell the story of a man who thinks the ghosts of Mayyavadi gave him the name Peeli.
