Pink Police Malayalam thriller movie is directed by Shaji Kailas after Prithviraj's 'Kaduva' and 'Kappa'. The movie Pink Police is produced by Dolwin Kuriakose and Jinu V Abraham under the banner of Theater of Dreams. The screenplay and dialogues for the film are written by GR Indugopan. Initially, famous actors like Nayanthara, Vidya Balan, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are considered for the lead role.

After the movie 'Kappa' director Shaji Kailas, screenwriter GR Indugopan and Theater of Dreams have teamed up for Pink Police. Pink Police movie is a thriller genre movie directed by Shaji Kailas after the 2006 hit movie 'Chinthamani Kolacase'. Pink Police is the fourth film produced by Theater of Dreams after Prithviraj starrer 'Kappa', Tovino Thomas starrer 'Anveshippin Kandethum', and Dino Dennis - Mammootty film.
