Oh Meri Laila Malayalam movie is directed by Abhishek KS. Features Anthony Varghese 'Pepe' as the hero in 'Oh Meri Laila' and Sona Olickal, who is famous for the 2022 Shane Nigam film Veyil, is the heroine of the movie. The campus story is produced by Dr. Paul Varghese under the banner of Dr. Paul's Entertainments, and the third production from the banner. The screenplay and dialogues for the film are written by newcomer Anuraj OB from the story of director Abhishek and Anuraj. Along with Anthony, Balachandran Chullikkadu, Nandu, Senthil, Bitto Davis, Nandana Rajan, Sivakami, Sreeja Nair and many other newcomers are also in the cast.

Anthony Varghese appears in this movie as a college student. And the film Oh Meri Laila is made in the background of campus on a big budget. Actor Anthony Varghese and Director Abhishek are classmates at Maharajas College, Ernakulam. The initial name of the movie was 'Meri Jaan' when the title poster was announced. Later on the time of pooja, the title was changed to 'Laila'. And finally, the title was fixed as 'Oh Meri Laila'.

The shooting of the movie Oh Meri Laila started on 14th February 2022. The pooja and switch-on ceremony of the movie were held at Chottanikkara Appumana at 9 in the morning. The function was attended by movie and cultural personalities. The filming was wrapped up for the Laila on 21st April 2022.

The first look of the movie 'Oh Meri Laila' starring Antony Varghese has been released on 9^th July 2022. In the poster, Antony is seen in a romantic look and he says "Let's put aside all the noise and be a little romantic.. Who doesn't like a change?" on the social media page on the unveiling of the first look poster.

The music for the film Oh Meri Laila is composed by Ankit Menon with lyrics by Shabareesh Varma and Vinayak Sasikumar.
