The screenplay of Poonchira Police Station is written by young screenwriter Ameer Ali from the story of director cum screenwriter Santhosh Idukki.

Veteran director Robin Joseph's film 'Poonchira Police Station' has started shooting. Director Robin Joseph said that the story of the film develops through the investigation of crime. Although it is an action thriller, the film's theme is very entertaining for the family audience and the youth. The filming will be completed in two schedules in and around Kochi which has two beautiful songs.
